Politokamitism was not built to modify the political ideologies imported into Africa over the past century — it was built to replace their premises. Where those traditions borrow their legitimacy from outside, Politokamitism is architected from African ethics, African memory, and African responsibility, by Ne AmmasuBaba Kinkela Wa Ma Zulu.
This Declaration sets out, in one place, the sovereign commitments that the Ligue des Kamit Pour le Progrès et le Développement carries into every chapter, every congress, and every territory it organizes: what the movement believes is owed to Africa, what it demands of its own cadres first, and what kind of State it exists to build.
It is not a manifesto of promises made to others. It is a standard the movement holds itself to before it asks anything of the people it serves.

We declare for a State that decides for itself, controls its own resources, and answers to its own people — never to external patrons. Sovereignty is not a slogan; it is organized deliberately, article by article, agreement by agreement.
We declare politics a science of duty before it is a science of rights. The first obligation of any State is to protect, to serve, and to be present for its people — rights, freedoms, and prosperity follow from that duty being fulfilled, not the reverse.
We declare for a State that protects before it punishes, and whose authority is legitimate because it is fair, present, and accountable across every territory it governs — not only where it is convenient to govern.
We declare that every defense and security institution owes its loyalty exclusively to the Constitution, the State, and the Nation — never to an individual, a party, or a foreign interest. Obedience is only legitimate within the bounds of the law.
We declare against extraction as an end in itself. LKPD stands for an economy that produces rather than merely extracts — transforming resources locally, building national value chains, and creating jobs, dignity, and lasting peace instead of rent and dependency.
We declare integrity, authenticity, and service as the founding commitments of the movement — binding on every cadre, founder, trainer, and ideologue. No office, alliance, or advantage justifies abandoning them, and advancement within the movement is earned through merit and service alone, never through patronage.
We declare that the movement is led by conscience, not by personality. The Founder is the Architect and conscious bearer of the doctrine, never its owner — leadership rests on the transmission of doctrine, not the personalization of power, so that LKPD outlasts any single leader, including its Founder.
