Ne AmmasuBaba Kinkela Wa Ma Zulu is a cultural and modern guru, sage, and advocate for Kemetic traditions. He places special importance on spiritual Bantu lineage and practices, as well as the social and scientific know-how of the ancient civilizations of the Ta-Merit continent — contemporary Africa. He is a Pan-Kamit whose mission is to focus on the unity of Ta-Merit, inspired by ancient Ethiopian civilization.
His first cry was on the 5th of Haap 91 of the KushKamitKongo calendar — equally referred to as April 25, 1979, in the Gregorian calendar — in Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of the Congo), in the ancient Kingdom of Kongo. He reunites in the descent of the Great Leader Prophet Mbemba Zulu of the sovereign Kongo people — one of the Great Monarchs of the Kongo Exodus, from dynastic Egypt to the heart of Ta-Merit in the Great Lakes region, within the territory recognized by science and the Bukongo Charter as Ntimatsi, the heart of the world.
The Sovereign Prophet Mbemba Zulu is a dynastic descendant of the divine Anibus/Sabu, the eldest son of the divine father Ausar/Osiris and Inanna/Nebet Hut, the deity Hathor from the Predynastic Period of the ancient world.

Politokamitism draws an explicit distinction between a political chief, whose authority rests on office or force, and an ideological architect, whose role is to give a movement its vision, its responsibility, and its inner discipline. The doctrine explicitly refuses political messianism: leadership within LKPD is built around the transmission of doctrine, not the personalization of power — meaning the movement is designed to outlast any single leader, including its Founder, because its authority rests on the coherence of its ideas rather than on the person who first articulated them.
