This is the mission of LKPD: to give Africa a political science of its own — built from African foundations, carried by disciplined cadres, and answerable to conscience rather than to personality.
LKPD — the Ligue des Kamit Pour le Progrès et le Développement — was founded to give organized political form to Politokamitism. It exists because Africa's inherited political models, borrowed wholesale from foreign traditions, have consistently failed to produce stable, sovereign, and prosperous states. LKPD is the political expression of a doctrine built instead from African foundations: ethical, historical, and institutional.
Politokamitism begins from an uncomfortable observation: the political ideologies imported into Africa over the past century — whether from liberal, socialist, or other foreign traditions — were built to answer the problems of other societies.
Applied to Africa, they have repeatedly produced fragile institutions, borrowed legitimacy, and structural dependency on the very powers that once colonized the continent. Politokamitism does not reject engagement with the wider world. It rejects the assumption that political legitimacy, economic models, and governance norms must always be imported and validated from outside before they can be considered credible.
It insists instead that politics is a science of duty before it is a science of rights — that the first obligation of the State is to protect, to serve, and to be present, and that rights are secured only once that duty is fulfilled. This conviction is the foundation of LKPD's entire mission.

These commitments are not aspirational language. They are treated as contractual: every cadre, founder, trainer, and ideologue of the movement is required to know and apply them.
No office, alliance, or advantage justifies abandoning the doctrine's ethical core.
Solutions must be built from African realities, not imported wholesale and presented as universal.
Power is never an end in itself, but a charge exercised on behalf of the community.
Advancement within the movement and within the State it seeks to build is earned through merit, competence, and service, never through patronage.
Politokamitism draws a firm line between Kamit ethics — grounded in duty, discipline, and collective responsibility — and opportunistic politics, which treats power as personal advantage.
This ethical discipline governs the movement's internal life as much as its vision for the State: cadres are trained, evaluated, and held accountable according to this standard, and ideological discipline is treated as a condition of membership, not an optional virtue.
